Online Testing

Testing Requirements & Services

Your online course or program may require specific assignments/exams to be proctored in the DSU Testing Center or an approved proctored location. This is done to maintain the integrity of the assessments and to ensure identity verification, as required by university and federal policy. A picture ID (preferably DSU ID) will be required at check-in.

If you live within the local area (Washington and Kane counties), you will be required to come into the DSU Testing Center to complete any proctored assessments.

Fax: 435-656-4016
Location: North Plaza Building

For students that live outside of the local area, you will need to successfully submit a proctor request form for any proctored assessment. A separate proctor request form is required for each exam and must be submitted in advance so that the exam is available on the approved proctor date(s). Other university or college testing centers and libraries are commonly approved for testing locations. Contact the Testing Center for more information.
